From ensuring that pets do not escape through open doors, to providing make-shift cat flaps during kitchen refurbishment, we will discuss and agree with you what can be done to ensure that your pets are well cared for whilst our team is working in your house.
PROTECTING YOUR PROPERTY:
Suitable coverings will be used to ensure that your driveway is not damaged by skips or deliveries of building materials. Depending on weather, access outside your property can become muddy when building works are underway. To reduce the likelihood of mud and dirt being walked into your home we board over any muddy areas and also protect carpets and flooring with dust sheets.
PEACE OF MIND:
Your agreement with us will be in the from a written contract, clearly indicating the scope of the work, likely timescales and schedule of payments. We liaise regularly with appropriate building control authority as the project progresses to ensure that the all building control requirements for the project are met. Full contractors liability insurance is in place to cover our works. We can provide you with references from other clients for your peace of mind. To help you plan for the upcoming building work we provide you with a checklist of all the things you will need to consider, prepare for, or decide upon to enable the project to run smoothly.
CONTINUITY:
Every effort will be made to ensure that you can continue to live and use the facilities in your home throughout the building project. Although each project is different it is usually possible to ensure that you can continue to have access to the bathroom and kitchen facilities even during a bathroom or kitchen re-fit . This will be discussed with you prior to commencement of building work.
